Team work
Stephen Covey made it very simple for us to remember the principle of team work, he posted this quote from Henry Ford, as this can be applied to every relationship and activities in our lives.
" Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success"

In a sport like soccer at any level, working together translates in words of encouragement to your team mates, having a positive word of advice after a play did not work well, covering the space left unattended by a full back after taking off to attack,
following the coaches instructions, moral accountability by showing sportsmanship on and off the field, passing the ball carefully
minimising the risk of a rough play that can put in danger the physical integrity of your teammate, learning to communicate throughout body language to take your opponent by surprise and many other ways that will take your team and your self to a more satisfactory and complete success.

Holden offered big MLS contract, could snub European move
