Team US is Back to Basics
They never made a picturesque play or an incredible dribble, they never approached the referee to claim "it was an unfair call". They never doubted their teammates or shouted a negative remark. It was very simple; no mistakes passing the ball, or defending, and if they lost the ball, they got back in position and defended, finished the play and got back to their side of the field. Passing, Controlling, Pressing, Delaying the opponents game; it's all about basics.
Good 'ol hard work, focus, strategy, leadership, physical endurance, education, humble attitude; nothing more, nothing less. A victory that just not gains world respect, but reminds and teaches us the value of hard work, and more important, shows the rest of the world that winning is in the reach of your hand with hard work and the right attitude.
