Team US is Back to Basics

They never made a picturesque play or an incredible dribble, they never approached the referee to claim "it was an unfair call". They never doubted their teammates or shouted a negative remark. Team work

How much water should we consume to have proper hydration? I consulted a physical trainer and she recommended to drink half of your body weight in oz. of water; that is, if your weight is 150 lbs. you should be drinking 75 oz. of water throughout the day, every day. Continue
